How do I book a stay?

You can book directly and securely through our reservation portal . Your confirmation and check-in details will be emailed immediately.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available—just ask!

How do I access the property?

All homes offer self-check-in using a smart lock or keypad. Your personalized access code will be sent prior to arrival.

How far are your homes from Garden of the Gods and other main attractions?

Most vacation homes are roughly 8–20 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, and Old Colorado City, and an easy drive to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the U.S. Air Force Academy. Your digital guidebook includes drive times and recommended routes for key attractions.

Do you offer discounts for weekly or monthly stays?

Yes. We love hosting extended stays for families, relocations, and work trips. Weekly and monthly bookings often qualify for discounted rates (for example, around 15% off 7+ nights, depending on dates and property). Enter your dates in the booking portal to see current long-stay pricing or contact us for a custom quote.

Do we need a 4WD/AWD vehicle in Colorado Springs?

You don’t have to have one, but we highly recommend 4WD or AWD if you’re visiting in winter or planning to explore the mountains, Pikes Peak, or higher-elevation trails. There is bus transit within walking distance of some homes, but most guests find a car the most convenient way to get around.

Is parking included, and can you accommodate larger vehicles?

es. Every property includes free parking—either a driveway, garage, or dedicated off-street spots, plus additional street parking in most areas. We can comfortably accommodate SUVs and trucks, and some homes have space suitable for trailers. One property also includes a Level 2 EV charging option (220V in the garage).

What amenities are included?

Every rental includes high-speed WiFi, fresh linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, and basic toiletries. All properties also have laundry machines. Please visit our individual rental pages to see more details.

Are pets allowed?

Many of our homes are pet-friendly, and several have fenced or partially fenced yards that work great for dogs. We typically allow up to 3 dogs per reservation for a simple flat pet fee (e.g., $75 per stay). Check the specific property details or contact us for the exact pet policy for your dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are shown during checkout before completing your reservation. Policies may vary by property and season.

Do you allow parties or events?

No. To maintain a peaceful experience for our guests and neighbors, parties, large gatherings, and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
